Technical Architect | Servicenow | Basel | 5 Months

Square One are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect for an initial 5 Month project working for one of our major clients based out of Basel in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

- Abilityspecifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to understand ServiceNow life cycle, multitask, time management skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Experience

- Good overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management; At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong working knowledge in all aspects of Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management and ITIL practices
- Web based application design and development (Java, Javascript, J2EE, .NET - Object Orientated methodologies)
- Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers
- Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture
- Integrations (Web services, REST API's)
- UI designing experience (HTML5, XML, CSS) CMS expertise in SNOW
- Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
- Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
- Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.
