Technical Architect - Salesforce

SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT - CRM - VOD - SALES FORCE - TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE - IDENTITY MANAGEMENT

Our well known media client is seeking a Salesforce technical architect to design, develop and deliver the technology solutions for Customer Service, CRM and Identity Management

Key responsibilities:

- Involved in setting the strategic direction of worldwide platforms
- Inputting into the technology architecture that will be required to meet the multi-channel service needs
- Leading a multi-disciplinary development and test team to deliver the technology solution for the Customer Service and CRM proposition

Key skills and experience:

- Experience of managing Salesforce software and hardware implementations end-to-end
- Broad knowledge and experience of Technology in the eCommerce and VoD domain, with a particular focus on CRM, Identity Management and Customer Service
- Established career as a technical architect within a large scale organisation
- Previous experience of identifying and implementing technical solutions to business problems
