MY DUTIES:

- Migration from SAP CRM to Service Cloud
- Influence, empower, and align stakeholders across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in building solutions with experience on Salesforce
- Experience in managing large Salesforce transformation projects and Application support engagements
- PMP & Agile certified, Service Cloud/PD1 certification
- Proficiency in applications such as JIRA, Apex packages, Rally Salesforce Service Cloud
- Executive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
- Deep experience with the software development lifecycle
- Ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Data Skiew, External Ids, Remote Objects, Salesforce Connecters
- Knowledge of Data Loader desktop , Data loader CLI, and other Data migration tools with Salesforce
- Data Design and Architect Certificate or Trailmix completed
