A Leading tier one consultancy business is looking to secure the services of an experienced Technical Architect who can act as a SME on Force.com and provide detailed detailed design documentation of each component of the solution.. The role will be based on site at one their clients sites in Angers, France.

REQUIRED:

- Serves as a Force.com solution expert and technical lead.
- Gathers system requirements, conducts analysis, plans and develops integration solutions for client infrastructure.
- Provides detailed design documentation of each component of the solution including data migration, integration and custom development.
- Works closely with internal teams, vendors and other business associates.
- Force.com Certified in Service cloud consultant, Advanced Administrator or Advanced Developer.
- Strong SaaS solutions development, implementation and integration with multiple other platforms and technologies.
- Demonstrated consulting and customer service skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate on both a technical and project management level

PREFERRED:

- Force.com certified Technical Architect is preferable.
- Prior force.com Service Cloud implementation experience is preferable
