Technical Architect for GIS Competence Center

ROLE PURPOSE

- Responsible for ensuring that infrastructure technical and architecture products offered to the customers are up to date and aligned with company strategy.
- Responsible for managing technical exception orders (DC Exceptions).
- Responsible for ensuring that the GIS Competence Center operations meet target performance objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring all Infrastructure products & services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and agreed upon project plans.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Acts as SPOC to the business and interface with the various vendors (external), service line managers (internal) and change engineering teams (internal).
- Reviews with external vendors and internal architecture and engineering teams of product transitions and implementation.
- Manages the global GCC Services offered to customers end-to-end (order to delivery).
- Operates all order fulfilment management request processes according to the infrastructure needs in line with business needs (GMSA IBM or internal GIS Infrastructure services).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Operational excellence: measurement through BSC/KPIs and customer satisfaction

surveys.
- Achievement of service levels corresponding in line with performance targets set with

external/internal vendors (price/performance etc.)

Fluent in English
- 2 years Global operations experience
- 2 years Global service management experience
- 2 years Global team management
- 2 years solution design experience
- Very strong Infrastructure skills: Database (Oracle, SQL), OS (Wintel, Unix, Linux), Storage (NAS, SAN), VMWare, Hardware (Intel, Power-PC), Client Server Arc., Network (LAN/WAN), RAS
