IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage the IT services of multiple business units that are connected to the data center
-Provide architectural governance for business units on how to handle the new connection to the data center
-Create a new architectural design with a strong emphasis on standardization
-Provide aid towards storage, networks, infrastructure, midrange platforms, applications, data center services
-Work on all stages of the project life cycle from requirements through design, implementation, and into support
-Capture technical requirements, define technology solution, and create the conceptual, logical, and physical designs of the solution
-Serve as technology expert on delivering server, desktop, storage services, local area networks, wide area networks, data centers, including mainframes, large server configurations
-Provide guidance and participate in design reviews
-Validate technology approach and associated work products
-Provide technical and project/program leadership on Information Technology infrastructure engagements

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Very good experience as a VMware/Virtualization Architect
-Experience in Automation and Orchestration Technologies (e.g. BMC BladeLogic, VMware vCloud Director, Opsware, etc.)
-Good knowledge of ITIL v3
-Broad technical knowledge in several infrastructure areas - WAN / LAN / MPLS / VPN, Virtualization / VMWARE / XEN, Storage / SAN / NAS / Archiving, MS Exchange / SharePoint, IBM Mainframe / midrange platforms / storage & backup technologies
-Experience of both migration and multi-discipline technologies
-Project Management experience
-Business English skills, German is a plus
