Technical Architect Dutch speaker required by Whitehall Resources for an initial 3 month Contract based in the Netherlands

The technical architect, we expect that he/she finds the activities and resources necessary for the successful relocation of the application landscape to another datacentre. Through analysis of documentation and applications. This requires that the candidate has a lot of technical expertise and the ability to put this expertise to describe activities required for successful migration.

- Various custom applications developed with Oracle Apex and predecessors.
- Possibly a single Oracle Web Forms application.
- E-docs document management system
-Smart Documents template technology
- Surveylyzer (NetQ) questionnaires
- Topdesk
- Tangelo
- Entrance (Knowledge) for authentication

If underlying database environment is used:
- Oracle 11 (RAC)
- Microsoft SQLServer 2008, 2008 Enterprise Edition, 2012
- MySQL

This technology is run on the following operating systems:
- Windows Server 2008, 2012
- Red Hat Linux 5.8

The technical architect will be part of the project team that the overall migration plans and performs.
Expected expertise:

- At least four years of recent experience with application migration projects
- Experience with the development environments used
- Experience with operating systems used;
- Experience with the used database environments;
- Experience in coordinating technical projects
- Experience with government regulations is a plus
- Good communication skills in written and spoken
