Technical Architect - Agile, Digital Services - London

Experienced TECHNICAL ARCHITECTS required for major new digital services programme based in Central London

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF DESIGNING END-TO-END USER-CENTRED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, AND EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN AN AGILE ENVIRONMENT.

Required to provide technical expertise in the assessment and determination of appropriate technical solutions, and their required resourcing for new and existing digital services.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

A track record of specifying, developing and deploying architectures and infrastructure for software applications and a hands on approach

Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing software systems (as a programmer).

Experience in managing technology implementation projects and following an evolutionary approach

Experience with Agile methodologies (TSS SCRUM etc)

Experience in the use and implementation of modern Front End web programming techniques, such as HTML5, CSS3, AJX, REST, JSON, and web programming frameworks such as Django, Ruby n Rails, Scala

Relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL Databases (Mongo DB)
