Technical Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze measures and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) produced from device diagnostics data and look for opportunities, & to enhance client architecture and implementation requirements
- Execute testing of new diagnostics software to ensure accuracy of device diagnostics measures and KPIs
- Develop and produce reports, analysis, and tools to provide insight into device diagnostics architecture implementation
- Work with internal stakeholders to drive analytics issues and/or architecture implementation issues to resolution
- Develop and maintain processes for testing and validation of device diagnostics & analytics
- Work closely with departments to drive improvements in device diagnostics architecture & measures
- Work closely with the device diagnostics vendor to drive improvements in tools to ensure agent architecture accuracy and stability.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize device diagnostics architecture & analytics issues and drive to resolution
- Develop and maintain tools to perform and manage device diagnostics architecture & analytics testing and validation
