RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with Service Development of a major project by creating a 7x24 operational support model.
- Fully define the support process flows and identify key interfaces to other groups required to provide end-to-end product support.
- Evaluate Third Party Technical Support Options
- Create Interface Agreements and Engagement Processes with internal support groups and external suppliers.
- Generate Training Requirements for Suppliers and internal organizations to deliver to support teams.
- Develop Training Packages and Support Documentation for Tier II/III Support Teams.
- Deliver Knowledge Transfer to Tier II/III Support Teams.
- Document appropriate support processes and job aids for providing end-to-end product support including engaging resources both internal and external the company.
- Incubate product support during Controlled Introduction and prior to transitioning to Tier III for operational support.
- Handle overall responsibility for the end-to-end technical support and troubleshooting of new and emerging products during Controlled Introduction.
- Provide vendor management of Third Parties providing Technical Support
- Orchestrate and lead internal and external support teams in the end-to-end technical troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues not being resolved by the Tier II support teams.
- Provide advanced technical support and Subject Matter Expertise for assigned products.
- Mentor Tier II/III support teams and update knowledge base to improve the overall effectiveness of Managed Services Technical Support

SKILLS

Required Certification:
CCNA. Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems, 5-10 Years Telecom or IT Experience, and Process Development and Project Management experience. Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills needed. Expertise in Network Topologies (LAN/WAN, WiFI, TCP/IP) required. Expertise in Enterprise IT Client Server Arch & Infrastructure required. Knowledge of Mobile Concepts such as GSM, CDMA, 3G, etc. desired. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills are necessary.
