Technical Application Support Analyst/Agile/Unix/SQL

For one of our international clients we are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a long term project working in an international oriented agile environment. As a Support Analyst you will provide 2nd and 3rd line application support for the applications. You will monitor the production systems and identify and solve any incidents within the agreed time spans. When necessary, you will escalate issues to the vendor or reroute them to one of the delivery teams. Your work will furthermore consist of formulating requests for changes, Production Acceptance testing and writing and updating procedural documentation.

Working experience

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who has at least 3 years working experience within functional and technical application support. We need you to be experienced with maintaining contacts with users. Furthermore, experience with working in a dynamic international environment is required.

Skill requirements:

- Experience with Linux
- Experience with Database systems, Microsoft and Oracle
- Experience with SQL Scripting
- Experience with performance tuning and load and stress testing
- Experience with automated deployments
- Experience with testing (pre)
- Experience with development (pre)
- PowerCenter (pre)
