TECHNICAL APPLICATION PROJECT MANAGER (MAINFRAME) - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM - FRENCH OR DUTCH SPEAKING
Blue chip client is urgently looking for a Mainframe Technical Project Leader
Mandatory:
The applications are developed based on a Cobol/DB2 Back Office, with various technologies used on the visual, printing and communication side.
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Client Server environment (MF: Cobol/DB2), Prince-2 project management methodology, Experience on both Agile/scrum and waterfall methodology
Preferable:
Knowledge of query (SQL), Some knowledge in .NET environments, Batch processes, Mainframe, Java, Test management principles (TMAP or ISTQB)
Personal Skills:
Mandatory: Quick learner, Good communication skills, Result oriented with attention for quality and details, Dynamic/analytic/synthetic, Creative, Self-driving, Client oriented, Open minded, Methodical, structured and pro-active
Preferable: To the point, Strong active listening skills, Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Business experience required:
Mandatory: Confirmed experience (5 years) in managing IT projects (on application side). During the interview you will be requested to show and discuss project management activities from the past.

Preferable: Insurance service experience
