Technical Application Manager - Z/OS, Mainframe, Midrange, Linux/Unix

Blue chip company urgently seeking a number of Z/OS, Mainframe, Midrange, Linux/Unix/AIX consultants.

6 month contracts based in Amsterdam.

Our client are looking for candidates who can provide onsite technical support on the application landscape of the end customer.

- You will be working within an Agile team with developers and functional managers.
- You act as a bridge between different specialists.
- Migration of 1200 applications to the Cloud
- Transition to Agile

Activities:

- Implement changes to applications within a project environment (Change the Bank)
- Technical management of applications (Run the Bank)
- Migrating Applications to the Cloud
- Incident Management
- Experience in managing applications on one of the following operating systems, z/OS, Mainframe, Midrange, Linux/Unix/AIX;
- Knowledge of Windows.
- Basic knowledge of databases, Middleware, networks, etc.
