For one of our huge end customers in Belgium we are looking for an experienced Technical Application Manager.

As an Application manager you will be responsible for analysing, configuring, testing and documenting the problems going on in the Infrastructure environment. You will work closely with IT colleagues and the business. You make technical analyses and give your input and advice on how to solve issues.
You have a good broad knowledge of IT infrastructure in several of the following areas:
Operational management of complex environments. - Windows Server & Linux (Red Hat ) - Clustering, Apache & Tomcat - Network and Security (TCP/IP, Firewall, Load Balancing, ...). You have experience with: - Virtualization technologies - Storage Technology - Scripting ( Crontab, bash) - Automation processes Pluses for - Java knowledge - Microsoft System Centre experience (SCOM, SCCM )
Languages: English and Dutch
Duration: 6 months +
Start Date: Ideally in the first 2 weeks of November.
