For our client in the finance industry we are looking for a Technical/Functional Analyst.
START: December DURATION: 6 months with chance of extension. LANGUAGE: Dutch or French LOCATION Brussels centre
THE ROLE
In the scope of the Unified Communication transition project from Cisco IP Telephony to Microsoft Skype For Business, our client is looking for a TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST profile.
The Unified Communication project is highly important for the bank to allow a smooth migration from the existing Cisco IP Telephony solution towards the new Microsoft Skype for Business solution.
Our client is expecting the following tasks from the TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL ANALYST:
- Perform a deep technical and functional analyze of the current Cisco IP Telephony solution including but not limited to, core architecture and user functionalities (profile based), redundancy aspects, branches survivability, gateways, PSTN connectivity, analog and digital lines, alarming system, PC banking solution, CRM integration and contact center environment integration.
- Bring a clear picture of the existing situation and perform a functional gap analysis study based on these findings
- For each subject proceed to architectural recommendation, determine the necessary specifications, participate in technological solution selection and/or advise change management.
- Propose a phased migration plan strategy and proceed to recommendation.
- Accompany in the migration process.
- The Technical/Functional Analyst will then take leadership creating and managing Project Plan and Milestones. The Functional Analyst will work as main advisor throughout the installation and migration phase.
- The Functional Analyst will put in place the necessary training plan and support plan to ease the process of implementation and Change Management.
- Finally, the Functional Analyst will follow up the results and where necessary, recommend and implement further improvements.
