What will your mission be ?

Due to all the new environments necessary for key projects of the company, we are looking for an infrastructure technical architect/analyst.
The infrastructure technical architect/analyst will design, coordinate, setup and support project infrastructure activities as well as provide technology direction in support of the project.
The infrastructure technical architect/analyst is responsible for the technical design and implementation of modern and flexible solutions according to agreed timelines and budgets in order to support the core business processes of in line with the business needs and quality requirements.
He/she is responsible for building cost optimized solutions to support the business processes and in line with functional and technical evolutions.
He/she provides estimates about the time and efforts related to the design and the development of the solution.

Which tasks will you be working on ?
In cooperation with an external partner, with Architecture team, Business analyst and under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Infrastructure designer/technical architect will:

RFP
Will be the right hand (technical validation) for the project manager towards the external partner writing the RFP and help coordinate writing of RFP by external partner
Will continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the RFP requirements (being the liaison between RFP writers and the internal Technical analyst/business analyst or other stakeholders)
Will guarantee that the content of the RFP is in synch with the architecture roadmap decided
Will also need to be the liaison with the ongoing or coming projects' decisions in order to make sure that direction on project is compliant with RFP content.
Will bring standardization and rationalization to the RFP content based on the EDFL business needs.

Which COMPETENCES do you need for applying?
Bachelors or Master's Degree in a technology related field (eg Engineering, Computer Software, etc.) required
10+ years of experience in multiple IT areas that include RFP writing but also analysis, design, evaluation and development.

Must prove an active experience in following technologies:
AD & ADFS
Office 365
Cloud technologies
Backend infrastructure (network, storage, security, web Servers)
Licensing
Excellent understanding of IT market trends and innovations

Can also prove a knowledge about:
Fundamental understanding of IT processes and operational procedures.
ITIL v3 Service management and IT Provider services,

The TA must be highly analytical and comfortable with the methodology of an RFP process (including different technologies)
Must easily be able to translate business requirements in technical specifications
You must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms.
You can easily synthetize and report in an easy way to your project manager and stakeholder
You have a strong ability to deliver an efficient and optimized technical design.
You are a good team player but can also work in an autonomous way
You are business proficient in English and at least in Dutch or French
