TECHNICAL ANALYST - LEVEL 2
I am urgently looking for a skilled Technical Analyst (L2) who could join my clients project in Belgium. This is a long term contract with great rates. The ideal candidate can start at the beginning of next month.
YOUR ROLE:
- Supporting Incident and Request management
- Support procurement, Installation, configuration
- Support in planning and setting up new/expansion/renovation of IT Infrastructure
- Proactively support all critical equipment's and end user capacity management issues
- Provide basic training to new IT Users on IT Process
- Execute patching plan for site(s) equipment's and execution the plan
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
- Excellent knowledge on Installation, Configuration, Patching and troubleshooting of Windows 7, MS Office
- Basic Knowledge on troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003 & 2008, Cisco Switches, Access Points and Routers
- Excellent Service desk process knowledge and good understanding of service level objectives
- Ability to use MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in an IT operations/service organization
- Certificate (Mandatory 1 or more): ITIL, Microsoft Certified Desktop Service Technician (MCDST), HP Desktop/Printer certified highly preferred
