Technical Analyst Job

TECHNICAL ANALYST/HELP DESK SUPPORT needed for a year (1) YEAR CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Phoenix, AZ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Technical Analyst experience with PC and Peripheral support group
- Technical Analyst that supports daily break fix activities
- HelpDesk support

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Resolves a variety of problems by analysing error codes and using knowledge of operating system internals, network operating systems, LAN/WAN infrastructure components, Scripting techniques and solid problem isolation/resolution methodologies
- Technical Analyst that Communicates issues openly, honestly and timely with peers, management and clients
- Delivers quality results on time and within budget.
- Simplifies or eliminates low value added work processes to assist in the conservation of corporate resources.
- Effectively prioritizes own work and manages time spent based on priorities.
- Effective communications behavior and ability to find answers through own research/investigation is important

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in Computer Science, Business or related degree
- Good knowledge of data network infrastructure, networking, applications, etc.
