KRONOS - TECHNICAL QA ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Philadelphia, PA.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Application and system support experience for development, QA/testing and production environments. Performs system migrations between environments and data loads as required.
- Service pack installations, system upgrades, and implementation experience.
- Configuration, tests experience, supports and monitors data collection devices (time clocks, web clock) and interfaces (ex., IVR).
- Automated and manual techniques to perform tests designed to identify errors or issues with applications or the environment.
- Tracks quality assurance metrics such as load and resource usage.
- Record, report, and track issues/bugs to accurately depict the status of the system.
- Apply strategies and approaches to identify risks with implementation, assessing their likelihood, and initiating strategies to test for those risks. Report and communicate project risks, progress and status to management.

What You'll Be Doing:
- The QA Technical Analyst will be responsible for upkeep of existing and development of new custom interfaces and reports.
- Primary responsibilities of this position are design, develop, unit test and optimize custom interfaces to/from Kronos application.
- Develop new or maintain existing custom reports; troubleshoot interfaces or reports and recommend/implement solutions; manage and perform migrations throughout technical environments.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Collaborates with functional leads on comprehensive System planning, coordination, development, execution and monitoring. Provide expertise in application performance, scalability, reliability and security.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Adheres to change management procedures to ensure proper tracking, documentation, testing and approval is provided regarding changes to the environment or application.
- Collaborates with functional leads and application consultants regarding business requirements and to write the design specifications for system solutions.
- Ensures solutions conform to current industry standards as well as to customer guidelines and standards.
- Provides subject matter expertise of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the area of Workforce Management. Applies principles and techniques to evaluate systems during development and throughout the life cycle of the hardware and software.
- Analyzes requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically requires four to seven (4-7) years of related IT experience within a technical discipline.
- Four to seven (4-7) years of related IT experience with large-scale, full-cycle, client-based enterprise implementations.
- Experience implementing Kronos Workforce Timekeeper.
- Experience in hospitality, retail environments are a huge plus.
- Experience with ASP.NET (VP.NET or C#) programming languages are a plus.
