Technical Analyst - Java/J2EE - Antwerp Province (Dutch-Speaker)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Analyst within a Java Operator Application project.

Please note that fluent Dutch is a MUST for this role. This is non-negotiable.

15 IT Specialists are currently part of the project.

The current project is a replacement of a software framework used by a transport company. This application is limited in functionality and is to be replaced.

With a new software will be several processes that need to be performed manually by the central operator today, will be automated.

Various modules of the Operator Application are in production. Currently the integration underway is between the booking system and the vehicle in question (car, bus, etc)

Candidates must meet all selection criteria:
- The prospective contractor must be available for the full command in the requested period, ie at least 140 man-days between September 1, 2016 and May 31, 2017;
- The proposed candidate has (at least) two years of practical experience in preparing technical analysis !
- The proposed candidate has knowledge of and experience with working in a Service Oriented Architecture environment
- The proposed candidate has knowledge of and experience with working with RDMS (Relational Database Management System)
- The proposed candidate is familiar with and has experience with the main components of J2EE (eg JSP, JSF 1.1, EJB 3, JAX-WS).
- The proposed candidate has, both orally and in writing, a very good knowledge of the Dutch language.

The award criteria (regarding knowledge and experience) are used to get together with the prize to the best candidate.

Meet the award criteria is not a requirement to be accepted as a candidate but are considered plus points for the candidate:
- Knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Architect (Sparx)
- Knowledge of and experience with Subversion
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Knowledge of and experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
