Job Description: TECHNICAL ANALYST
Environment/Project description:
Group Data: FXMM Gateway
Several large projects including Regulatory (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FATCA) and CDC (client data confidentiality), and several smaller areas of work.
Task & Responsibilities:
Act as technical analyst for the DMG CDC program.
Produce infrastructure and program specifications to support the key projects within Pillar 4 of the above program, notably the migration of confirmation instructions and SSI mastering functionality.
Work with upstream and downstream connected applications to resolve connectivity issues.
Analyse, verify and oversee the movement of application infrastructure into a highly secure environment.
Required Experience/Skills:
At least 5 years of experience working in a technical-oriented position with a large, multinational organisation.
Knowledge of Oracle, WebSphere, Java, MQ, SQL and Linux Experience of reference data management applications, large data volumes, data design, user interaction and data/business rules.
Ability to work in a disciplined and structured manner in a high pressure environment..
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
STRONG ENGLISH.
Highly advantageous: Banking experience, ideally within the FX, reference data and settlement domain.
Nice to have: conversational German, familiarity with RUP/EUP.

Availability: ideally 100%, minimum 80%
