Technical Analyst - Incident & Support (Brussels)

Je functie: Context:
The entity Monitoring & Production Support is a subdivision of E2E Operations Payments. Production support team is responsible for the support regarding :
- SEPA CT, treating Credit Transfers for Belgium and its European branches. This Asset is mainly Mainframe based.
- SEPA DD, treating Direct Debits for Belgium, its European branches, and the entities of France and Italy. This Asset is mainly Mainframe based.
- MTS, treating international payments for Belgium and other entities of Europe. This asset consists of a package delivered by an external provider running on RS/6000 and another part running on mainframe.

Function Description:
- Production Support concerning the applications for which the team is responsible. Solving incidents on production. Analysing root cause of Incidents. In Urgent cases implementing software solutions (analysis, build, testing, install).
- Treatment of User Requests and On Demand Work asked by Business and other IT departments.
- Administrative follow up (logging, reporting, communication) of the work
- Active contribution to installation scenario's (run book) and deployment of New Releases in the QA and the Production environment.
- Being part of the 24/7 On Call system
- This function requires a lot of contact with other teams within E2E Operations Payments, IT, Business and other entities.

Experience:
° At least 5 years of experience as Technical Analyst in a Mainframe Environment.

° DB2 and SQL
° Cobol Programming
° Microsoft Office
° XML

Preferable:
° Knowledge of Payment Systems and SEPA.
° APS/MFEEE

° CMMI2 knowledge
° Unix (RS/6000)
