Technical Analyst - CRM
8 month contract - ASAP Start
€70 per hour
Nr Antwerp, Belgium
Our leading global client is urgently seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join their team on site near Antwerp, Belgium. As the Technical Analyst our client requires a professional to focus on support and deployment of interfaces related to the CRM/Siebel business solutions for our client's operating companies.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
* Responsible for and own the development, deployment and support of Webmethods interfaces for a CRM application for Our Clients Operating Companies in Europe.
* Designs and develops new Webmethods interfaces and maintains/extends existing ones.
* Works with/leads offshore teams for daily support tasks
* The CRMSolution is based on a Siebel 7.7 and SFDC/Veeva implementation.
* It is a Web based Single Instance solution.
* Work closely together with the CRM Support organization to improve the daily support of the application
Technical profile requirements
* Prime: Webmethods 7 and 8
- Oracle
* SQL
* Siebel CRM Solutions
Non-Technical profile requirements
* Works pro-actively and independently on the interfaces within the portfolio
* Good communicator, and can express yourself in English (written and verbal).
* Dynamic personality, with a great focus on result delivery.
* Work very detailed and can deliver quality results within the agreed timeframe and budget.
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills
* Ability to correspond ideas in both userfriendly and technical language.
* Highly self impelled and directed with sharp attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a complex environment.
