TECHNICAL ANALYST (6 MONTH CONTRACT)
My client based in Dublin City Centre is looking for Technical analyst who is on one side very technical and on the other has Business requirement gathering experience.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years experience in IT
- 2 to 4 years experience in Service Now tool preferable.
- Strong Scripting knowledge in Javascript
- Good knowledge of XML and JSON
- Good knowledge of Java
- Database development knowledge with SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 or Oracle is a plus
- Service-Now System Administration certification a plus
- Very strong skills in written and oral communication. Experienced with meeting facilitation.
- Excellent command of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Visio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent Business English Communication
- Good at Requirements gathering and analysis
- Web Services Integration Experience
- Experience in handling XML files
- JellyBean Scripting Exp ( Nice to Have)Self-supporting
- Ownership and accountability.
- Responsible for tool administration and support.
- Workflow construction.
- Field content & data population.
- Tool configuration & customization.
- Form design.
- Functional testing & performance testing.
- Web Service construction, integration testing, and other technical functions related to the White Label tool.
