Position Responsibilities:             

The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise and professionalism as a Software Configuration Management engineer for new and existing software systems and technologies in the client suite of products.

Key responsibilities include:

Learn and maintain knowledge of the client suite of products and the client software development life cycle (SDLC).

Participate in its configuration, migration, and implementation across and promotion to all development, test, and production environments.

Provide technical expertise to ensure a continued maturity of client's SDLC through effective build, deploy, and versioning practices.

Position Requirements:               

Good Experience and Advanced knowledge in installation, administration, managing and issue identification/resolution on Oracle Weblogic Application Server 10.2/11g.

Experience with Solaris 9/10,UNIX and UNIX Shell Scripting.

Experience with Tibco EMS and Business Works software

Knowledge of the 3-tier web application infrastructure and Domain Name Servers (DNS).

Experience and understanding of build and deployment tools and technologies such as: Subversion, Hudson/Cruise Control, Maven, Ant, etc.

Experience using/administering web Servers like Sun Java System Web Server (iPlanet), IIS, and Apache.

Demonstrated proficiency in Java/J2EE with the strong understanding of J2SE/J2EE APIs and open source technologies Spring 2.0, Log4J. Ability to diagnose/debug application errors using application/app server/web server log files and stack traces is expected.

Experience with general security rigor (including PCI) implementations and remediation in the middle tier space.

Demonstrated experience in release engineering, preferably in web application releases.

Requires multi-tasking abilities as this position covers web infrastructure management, web application release engineering and managing the continuous application integration environment.

Willingness to do after-hours support as needed
