Provide technical assistance and support to the technical team in systems development.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Experience in defining BUSINESS RULES
- Experience in creating MOCK-UPS
- Experience in creating BPMN DIAGRAMS
- Experience in creating UML DIAGRAMS
- Experience in creating a DOMAIN MODEL that Business and Development can understand
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
- Experience with AGILE METHODOLOGIES
- Minimum 8 years' experience as analyst
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good presentational skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Very good English language skills
DESIRABLE QUALITIES:
- Degree level or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team
- Work with minimum guidance/supervision
- Confidence to raise questions/challenges when specifications are unclear
- Degree level or equivalent
- International transport/Postal industry
