YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis
- Provide support for the Windows Server infrastructure including planning, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Provide technical advice to clients
- Ability to perform on-call duties when rostered
YOUR SKILLS
- Demonstrated data analysis experience with Business Intelligence skills especially using SPLUNK and SQL
- ITIL knowledge particularly in configuration management
- ICT Infrastructure knowledge in one or more areas including Network Infrastructure and Management, Windows Server Infrastructure and Management
- Ability to provide operational reporting on a number of heterogeneous monitoring environments
- Ability to analyse technical processes and provide advice for service improvement
