Technical Analyst

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the tooling project team in the implementation of HP Universal Discovery (uCMDB).
- creating detailed designs
- Configuring the (SaaS hosted) tool in multiple environments (test, acceptance, production)
- setting up different scanning engines for inventory & discovery
- setting up/building integration for extracting data from the tool
- designing data quality and completeness checks
- supporting the testing of the tool and analysis of defects
- creating system administration guides and work instructions for the support team
- training of and knowledge transfer to the support team

Technical Skills and Experience:

MANDATORY:

- HP Universal Discovery/uCMDB
- HP Connect-IT
- Network Discovery/Server Inventory

Additional Skills:
