Job Title: Technical Advisor, Health Technology Assessment

Location: Hampshire

Duration: 12 month rolling contract

The Role:

Role encompasses understanding complex/detailed clinical data and writing clinical sections of submission, project managing the overall submission to ensure delivery by the deadline, drafting responses with HTA bodies during the process, becoming a technical expert on HTA submission processes, working across therapeutic areas with various internal stakeholders to ensure the best probability of success with the UK and Irish HTA agencies.

The Candidate:

Required Experience:

Life science degree
Experience in medical information, drug surveillance, regulatory activities or allied area
Experience of developing high quality technical documentation for external agencies

Essential Skills:

Medical writing
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Cross-functional working
Strong project management skills, team worker
Confidence and willingness to take on new challenges and manage multiple projects
Initiative
Customer Focus

Desirable Skills:

Previous NHS experience
Worked in multiple therapy areas
