Our client, a major mobile telecommunication compan, is looking for a Technical Administrator to join their team based in Guildford.

This role is a 6 month contract initially based in Guildford.

Main responsibilities include:

- You will be providing administrative support to the Head of Occupational Health and Safety
- Collating, updating and maintaining internal and external reports/data with great attention to detail will be part of your role
- You will arrange and attend meetings where necessary, taking minutes, action points, monitoring status, updating and distributed in a timely manner

Essential skills/qualifications:

- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Clean driving licence

Desired skills:

-Entry level Health and Safety qualification
