Technical Administrator

Parity Professionals are currently recruiting for a TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR on a contract basis initially for 6 MONTHS although very likely to be extended to a year. Excellent shift pattern with an extremely attractive shift allowance!

This is an excellent opportunity within a leading utilities organisation based in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following duties and responsibilities.

- Call handling from internal filed staff
- Updating and maintaining accurate data into the internal system
- Investigating new emerging incidents
- Ensuring that all process' are kept compliant
- Delivering customer service to the highest standard

This role sits within a controlm centre that operates 24/7, 365 days per year so you will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern. However, as a result of this you will be rewarded with an extremely generous shift enhancement.

You will also be working to a shift pattern that has been implemented due to feedback from current employees therefore has a lot of benefits and certainly great for those who don't like to work to the standard Mon - Fri 9 - 5!

Due to the location and shift pattern, you will have a valid driving license with your own car.
