TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

MY CLIENT A LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY BASED IN HAVERHILL IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR FOR AN 8 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY. THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE WORKING 37 HOURS PER WEEK MON- FRIDAY.

THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND BUSINESS SUPPORT IN MAINTENANCE FACILITIES AND SUPPORT THE LEAD ADMINISTRATOR IN RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF ADMIN TEAM.

ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Acts as a technical expert and supports the system owner within M k F including knowledge and operation of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other bespoke databases.
- Demonstrates depth and breadth of skills for procurement and CMMS systems. Acts as a source of expertise within M & F and across organization.
- Supports development and implementation for M 8c F-administration to support own function and other departments within the organization.
- Has an awareness of in-house procedures relating to EHS statutory requirements (LOLER, PSSR, ACOP L8.
- Uses working knowledge of procedures supporting statutory requirements to recognize and intercept non-compliant records and manage reports and certification through the system, escalating queries and non-compliance's to line manager as appropriate.

- Attention to detail
- Passionate and Conscientious about their work.
- Flexible working practice. Occasional out of hours requirements.
- Database experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, excel)
