RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare CD/DVDs (including labels) for lab submissions.
- Upgrading/flashing lab devices for every submission.
- Document returned devices and distribute them out to product team/TAMs.
- Prepare accessory submission CDs and hand deliver accessories.
- Support Reimbursement process/doc of Prototypes.
- Visit User Trial folks and take logs on issues.
- Visit User Trial Folks and Flash upgrade/downgrade devices.
- Other clerical work including flashing of devices for non-lab submission activities and support of initiatives such as executive kit packages.

SKILLS

- Experience required: 4+ years.
