TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER/SALES ENGINEER SEATTLE, WA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

We're currently seeking candidates for the role of Technical Account Manager/Sales Engineer.

OVERVIEW:

Sales and Account Management:

- Fields incoming phone calls from companies interested in application
- Gives lengthy in-depth online demos in front of 1-10 people
- Emails and schedules with partners and customers
- Handles partner relationships over time
- Consultative and educational about application
- Articulate speaker, confident, inspiring, helpful, and friendly
- Basic knowledge about business models, profitability, and economics
- No cold calls

Support and Troubleshoot:

- Answers calls and monitors email queues for support issues
- Analyzes issues and strategically dissects problems into core elements in order to formulate efficient and complete troubleshooting plan
- Triages and turns trouble into testimonials
- Remote troubleshooting of on-premise networks

Email Migration and Networking:

- Monitors migration orders
- Assists with throughput
- Troubleshoots internal technical issues
- Keeps up with and helps suggest ever-evolving features
- Liaison between partners and engineering team

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Phone skills, customer service, and English grammar
- Undergrad degree required (computer science a plus)
- Strong technical skills
- Analytical thinker
- Eager to learn, adapt, and help in any way
- Works and collaborates well with others
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups
- Excels at solving problems and puzzles
- Experience with Microsoft applications a must
- Types over 50 WPM
- Self-starter, self-reliant, and strong work ethic
- Flexible, shifts often outside of 9-5
