Technical Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical client issues
- Supporting cutting edge products in the on-line video streaming industry
- Establish priorities and track resolution of opened cases
- Work closely with cross functional teams to drive product improvements for strategic clients
- Assist in training clients on product features and functionality
- Provide on-call support for critical client issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- BA/BS degree in a technical field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
- 2 years relevant work experience, including programming and Scripting experience
- 2 years hands-on experience in Internet products and technologies, including ability to analyze network traces and troubleshoot browser issues
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years relevant work experience.
- 3 to 5 + years of experience in supporting a 24x7 critical production environment (TV/Banking preferred)
- Experience with online video ad serving standards (eg VAST), streaming protocols (eg HLS), and video troubleshooting tools (eg Charles)
- Experience in building Android and/or iOS applications
- Familiarity with online advertising technologies
