OVERVIEW:
- Handles the technical account management and manage the technical relationship for OEM partners
- Handles the server and storage space for corporate OEM partners who build hardware utilizing client products and software
- Deals with technical issues and keeps the customer happy
- Provides backup for other Technical Account Managers on the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Management skills and experience required
- Customer service skills with ability to follow up with the team to make sure issues are being resolved in a timely manner
- Ability to deal with angry customers in a diplomatic way
- Ability to speak to technical customers
- Ability to dig in to the customer issue and sell the business impact
- Ability to talk with engineers
- Solid communication skills
This contract position is expected to be one year in duration.
