THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to learning of mobile tools/apps
- Ability to resolve problems
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide day to day technical support to end users in the Sales Tools & Technology department
- Level one (1) support of GCO sales tools and technologies to internal Account Executives/Sales Managers
- Undergo training on key GCO applications (eg C4C, Quote Tool, Deal Approval Tool, etc.)
- Leverage this training and provide live phone-based, email support to AE/SMs
- Some weekend support/coverage will be required for quarter close (4-5 weekends/year)
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Strong communication skills
- Passion and commitment to continuous learning of mobile tools/apps to help end users a must
- Ability to resolve problem at their level itself (without transferring high no of incoming calls to next level of Support) is a must
- Knowledge of mobile apps (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) is a big plus
- Previous support center experience a big plus
