TECH SUPPORT ENGINEER SEATTLE, WA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

Our hugely popular client is seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to join the beta team for a device currently under development. This Support Engineer will be working closely with beta participants and the Dev/QA teams.

Work involves internal development and feedback. As features are tested, the candidate will channel feedback to the appropriate party. Volume of feedback is expected to be high.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Understanding of the whole system and where the issue could be for the particular service of the issue that was reported
- Know which service is in error
- Triage the feedback to the correct team
- Ability to understand a large project and how pieces work between teams
- Recommend ideas for automation
- Knowledge of Scripting language and ability to write Java and other languages
- Experience as a Support Engineer or a junior dev role
- 1-3 years of experience and a CS background needed
