Projektbeschreibung
- Responds to contracted customers requiring service on company equipment or third-party equipment which is contracted through the company.
- Support Sales, Engineering and Warranty when required on special projects.
- Provide service to on-site customers and meet contracted service level agreement goals.
- Troubleshoot network issues, including coverage issues, power, cabling and hardware problems. Power and cabling would be fixed by another contractor -- just need to identify the problem.
- Fix handheld scanners at various customer locations.
- Follow instructions on configuration and testing of APs, Routers, and Switches.
SKILLS
Must have 2+ years of experience as an Electronic or Field Technician/Specialist; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have good interpersonal skills, as this position requires working closely with internal staff and customers. CWNA/CNA are pluses. Must have good computer skills including common applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Electronic troubleshooting skills needed. Net+ is a requirement. Must have lift certification and good admin and record keeping skills. Must have expert skills in the following: C, C++, HTML, JAVA, PERL.
