Tech Support Analyst - SAP MRO Conversion

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages the business process changes for the migration from SAP 4.7 to ECC 6 Plant Maintenance system activities at the individual company plants.
- Leads plant users in all activities associated with changing their existing business processes and electronic orders in a multi-wave implementation plan.
- Each team member will be assigned a set number of plants to manage with each wave of deployment, which can run in overlapping cycles. The deployment cycle will include data gathering, implementation strategy, kickoff meetings, develop user networks, manage go-live activities, and provide hypercare.
- Performs data reviews and preps for meetings with location.
- Hosts regular meetings with locations to drive implementation activities.
- Coaches users.
- Provides resolution support- identifies issues and escalates to technical leads.
- Tracks/reports preparation activities of locations.

Travel - approximately 50 to 60% to meet with project team members, on site pre and post go live at designated regional location to support the lead trainer (US and Canada). Travel will happen every few weeks not every week.

SKILLS

Requirements:
Previous SAP experience - specifically in SAP 4.7 or ECC 6.0 with the PM, MM, IM modules with experience with a full implementation cycle in business process management role.
Must have excellent leadership abilities and strong analytical skills and knowledge of Business Process Analysis/Management.
Experience working in project team and ability to prioritize work stream to meet milestone dates needed.
Must have effective communication skills, written and verbal and the ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of the organization.
Previous working experience with the Maintenance, Inventory, or Operations organizations required.
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and have the ability to coordinate sub-project teams and manage deliverables of team.
Ability to perform system testing/record results/document defects and good computer skill strength needed.
Ability to take direction and be self-supervised for remote activities needed. Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
