Tech Lead - ECM Document Management

Ayan Infotech has an immediate 3 month contract opportunity for a ECM Document Management Tech Lead in Wellington, New Zealand. This opportunity will expose you to a large scale project across SAP and ECM, where you will be working with a highly skilled global delivery team. My client is in need of a ECM specialist with clear knowledge of Document Management; including UML, OOAD and Design Patterns, and Enterprise Content Management.

Skills and experience required:

UML

1) Must be able to create detailed design from requirement to coding phase using UML tools and ensure good amount of Tool generated code.

2) Technically guide the implementation team throughout the SDLC.

3)Understand Design Patterns and able to do re-factoring

OOAD and Design Patterns

1. Has used at least 2 patterns from each of the Creations, Structural and Behavioural category in real life project successfully.

2. Able to apply design patterns (and combinations of these) straight away to problem solutions of fair complexity, and able to explain the reason of choosing one pattern over the other

3. Has experience mentoring unique architects/engineers on OOAD and Design patterns basics

4. Able to analyze UML diagrams/information and readily and intuitively mine out Embedded design patterns, ability to comment on non trivial architectures and design in a relevant domain

5. Familiarity with design pattern tools wherever applicable

Enterprise Content Management

1. Clear knowledge of ECM concepts and how it relates to processes of Capture, Manage, Store, Preserve and Delivery.

2. Must have sound understanding of J2EE, design patterns, optimisation Evaluate and suggest options between different ECM products.

3. Must be certified in one of the ECM products.

4. Should have good understanding of Hardware capacity planning.

5. Should be able to guide team in developing optimal solutions

6. Well versed in integration with enterprise systems and Legacy applications. Understand the SOA, ESB, Web Service principles.
