Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in TIBCO, knowledge in TIBCO Business Works, Middleware TIBCO EMS, CEP Business Events, Business Events Decision Manager. Must have implemented at least 2-3 CEP projects in production (end to end), preferably in Banking or Insurance domain space. Good knowledge on BPM SOA concepts. Must have good communication skills and able to work across broad spectrum of user and development communities. Preferred to have some experience in Java technologies. Certifications in TIBCO BE is an added plus
