Tech Lead - Application Dev (Banking/Cash Mgmt)

We provide clients with timely, accurate information and dynamic, web-based tools to effectively manage their securities portfolios, financial positions, working capital, and supply chains.

We are building a new online banking platform to supply various services including a Corporate payments application. The platform will be used by the largest multi-national companies in the world, and so must be robust, scalable and function well.

In this position you will be
- Working in hands on development with Asp.NET MVC and others.
- Mentoring team members
- Leading a geographically dispersed team

Skills:
*Experience with leading development of client-facing applications.
*Strong analytical and business skills.
*Experience with managing development of enterprise level end to end software applications (UI, Middle Tier, Backend Integration).
*Experience with developing Frameworks.
*Experienced in development using Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET MVC 3.0, JQuery, AJAX, Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML/XSD and SQL.
*Knowledge of Web Services, Security, SOA, Design Patterns.

Desirable skills:
- Experience with Banking and Cash management applications and process would be advantageous but non-essential.
- Development in Java, Python, Php
