Tech Center Specialist wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years of working experience in a technology field or an apprenticeship
- Profound background in supporting global IT desktop and lab services as well as configuration, patching and diagnosis of IT systems
- Professional certifications in MCSE, Cisco, CompTIA A+/Net+, ACMT is advantageous
- Qualification to educate end users on method and application capabilities
- Languages: fluent English, both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing and providing technical day-to-day support and education to scientists and administrators
- Being responsible for installing and configuring desktop software and peripherals
- Collaborating with IT resources to supply reliable end-to-end service delivery
- Tracking and recording problem and resolution details in ticketing system
- Providing end user training with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
