Role : Tech and Production Support
Location : Duluth, MN
DURATION : 6 MONTHS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT SUPPORT:

- Desktop Support for Mac and PC
- Configuring/Maintenance of  Printer and Scanner
- Entry level desktop hardware/software problem
- Basic network understanding
- Media & Publishing industry knowledge an advantage

PRODUCTION SUPPORT:

- Billing and mailing activities
- Books Inventory Management
- OCR Scanner Support

TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED:

- Operating Systems: Microsoft, Apple
- Desktop programs: Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access
- Email- Outlook/Entourage
- Understanding of Publishing and Events Business is preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: High School or Diploma or Equivalent
- General knowledge of PC, Mac, Printer and Network
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Effective listening skills.
- Customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
