IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Lead, drive and coordinate all SCM activities (cost reduction, design to cost, time to market, availability, quality, etc.) based on total cost of ownership (TCO) principles
-Develop a local product group sourcing strategy based on the business unit-, category, and local product group strategy
-Lead team members and drive change management within own responsibilities
-Support make/buy decisions
-Analyse and recommend strategic out-/in sourcing of suppliers/manufacturing processes
-Monitor SCM targets on monthly base - take corrective actions

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Procurement
-Relevant experience in a management position (preferable the majority in SCM) in a multicultural environment, preferable with expatriate expertise
-Experienced in leadership and team player with excellent analytical capabilities to analyse commodity-/business-relevant supply markets
-Very good communication skills in English and German
