IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Manage a team of Payroll Specialists
-Ensure a correct monthly payroll run for the DACH region
-Change in address/marital status/family size leading to change in tax rate/family benefits
-Check tax at source declarations
-Administration of life cycle processes and benefits, e.g. child care allowances, wedding bonus, birth bonus and child care
-Take responsibility for the registering, de-registering and day-to-day management for employees in all staff insurances (SUVA), employee benefits etc.
-Ensure correct on- and off-boarding process of Employees and ensure all required information is collected in the HR Systems
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in Swiss, Austrian and German payroll administration
-In-depth communicational and organizational skills
-Initiative, reliable, dynamic and flexible
-Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
-Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP etc.)
-Further education in Human Resource Management
