Teamlead Back Office Core

For our client, a well-known telecommunications provider, we are looking for a Back Office Core Team Leader

Your tasks:
Responsibility for the performance of the clients network and their network processes
Management, Development and Training of the Swiss Back Office Core Team
Ensure the internal security standards
In charge of the whole preventive maintenance procedures
Manage the Emergency Support covering a 24/7 network outage as well as a 24/7 stand-by service

Your profile:
Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
At least 5 years work experience within the CS/PS Core network area
Deep knowledge of Huawei equipment & platforms (Huawei M2000)
Very good team- and project leader skills
Good understanding of process implementation, preventive maintenance and optimization
Proven track record of Back Office experience
IP knowledge and experience within security rules will be a big benefit
Fluency in English, German is a plus
