A leading telecommunications company are currently recruiting for a Team secretary/administrator to be based in Berkshire on a rolling contract.

Duties involve:

*Provide support to Head of Region (HOR), Functional Managers (FM's) and all team members.
*Schedule meetings & diary management for HOR & FM's
*Fulfill administrative activities including typing, filing, receiving telephone calls
*To co-ordinate with other Team Administrators and Personal Assistants within the business to ensure a common approach to working practices and improvements in communication is achieved.
*Raise purchase orders for members of the team.
*Booking meeting rooms and booking projectors.
*Tracking holiday and sickness for HOR's direct reports.
*Desirable to have worked in the telecoms sector
