TEAM ORGANISER/PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Our transport client based in Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for a Team Organiser/Project Administrator on a contract basis for 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Control all mail, co-ordination of diaries, processing and maintaining personnel records.
- Travel arrangements, hotel bookings and vehicle hire.
- Organise meetings, take minutes, collate and distribute relevant material
- Provide a consistent telephone presence on behalf of the team delivery excellent customer service levels and distribute communications accordingly.
- Maintain efficient filling systems paying attention to records of standard meetings
- Utilise financial and procurement systems and act as a local purchasing agent for ordering office consumables.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience within the Rail industry
- Record Management Experience.
